Claybear FAQs

Most of our items fit quite generously and there is no need to size up. For any queries regarding sizing please email help@claybearofficial.com where we will be able to give you tailored advice.

Current turnaround times can be found on the banner at the top of the website or on your order confirmation email.

Sometimes we incur very busy periods and at these times dispatch times may be longer. This will be announced on our social media channels.

Once your item is ready it will be dispatched. From there the usual postal times are 1-5 days within the UK and anywhere up to 28 days for international orders (although orders usually arrive within 10-14 days).

Please be aware that once items are mailed mailing times are out of ourcontrol.

We only pick the very best fabrics and make sure they are the best quality. This being said in any clothing a small amount of shrinkage with the first wash is normal. This should not be very noticeable but please bear in mind.

Due to the dying processes you may find dark colours fade quicker than light. This is completely normal and to be expected.

The best way to keep your clothes looking lovely is not to let the children wear them. Okay, so that's not really an option so what can we do instead?

Always wash your items at 30° C and hang to dry. Tumble drying will cause shrinkage so we strongly advise against. Please iron on a low to medium heat.

Never iron any of our minky blankets.

Most of our items are ready to ship meaning no changes to size can be made.
