Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets are non refundable 
  2. Tickets are NOT needed for children under 16 years
  3. No large bags will be allowed in the sale (exceptions apply- please email help@claybearofficial.com to discuss)
  4. You will be given a clear bag upon entry to place you items in
  5. Please do not arrive before your time slot
  6. Cash and card will be accepted
  7. Restocks will happen throughout the day however we are unable to guarantee sizes and items or hold items
  8. All items will be individually priced
  9. Items purchased are non refundable and no exchanges will be given - please check all items before purchase.
