Do you have size charts for your items? What is sizing like test?

Please note that our sizing has changed at the start of our journey back to handmade. If you have purchased from us before this you may need to size up.
How long will my items take to arrive?
As our items are handmade to order our current turnaround times are usually between 4 - 8 weeks dependant on season.
Current turnaround times can be found on the banner at the top of the website or on your order confirmation email.
Sometimes we incur very busy periods and at these times dispatch times may be longer. This will be announced on our social media channels.
Once your item is ready it will be dispatched. From there the usual postal times are 1-5 days within the UK and anywhere up to 28 days for international orders (although orders usually arrive within 10-14 days).
Please be aware that once items are mailed mailing times are out of ourcontrol.

Will your items shrink or fade?
We only pick the very best fabrics and make sure they are the best quality. This being said in any clothing a small amount of shrinkage with the first wash is normal. This should not be very noticeable but please bear in mind.
Due to the dying processes you may find dark colours fade quicker than light. This is completely normal and to be expected.
How can I make my clothing last as long as possible?
The best way to keep your clothes looking lovely is not to let the children wear them. Okay, so that's not really an option so what can we do instead?
Always wash your items at 30° C and hang to dry. Tumble drying will cause shrinkage so we strongly advise against. Please iron on a low to medium heat.
Can you customise items to fit my child?
Certain customisations can be made. This may include adding length or width to areas of a product. If you are unsure if we can help please contact us via email or the chat icon on our website where we will be able to help.
