Claybear Official Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Claybear Official's Subscription Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Period: The subscription is set to automatically renew every 30 days.

2. Payment: The subscription fee will be billed on the date you subscribe and every 30 days thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription*. All fees are non-refundable. *Cancellation must be done in line with point 5.

3. Shipping: Items will be shipped to the address provided during the sign-up process. Any changes to the shipping address must be made at least two days prior to the shipping date.

4. Amendments: Subscriptions cannot be amended or modified less than two day prior to the postage date and have to be done via email request to help@claybearofficial.com.

5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation must be made at least two days prior to the next postage date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. To cancel you must email Help@claybearofficial.com at least 48 hours before your next payment dates.

6. Product Availability: Products included in the subscription may vary based on availability. Claybear Official reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. Prints, colours and interests are used as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

7. Liabilities & Warranty: Please contact us at Help@claybearofficial.com if you have any shipping or delivery issues.

8. Faulty products: If you believe the product you have received may have a fault please contact us within 14 days including your order details and any relevant pictures at Help@claybearofficial.com

9. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Claybear Official's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

10. Returns: Please follow our shipping and return policy for return guidance.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Claybear Official operates.

12. Changes to Terms: Claybear Official reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to current subscribers. Continued use of the subscription service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
