Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

Claybear Official Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Claybear Official's Subscription Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Period: The subscription is set to automatically renew once per month on the 1st of every month. If placing your first subscription order before the 22nd of the month you will be charged immediately and your first order sent out and then future orders will all be charged and sent on the first of the month. If placing an order on or after the 22nd your first subscription product will be sent on the 1st of the next month.

2. Payment: The subscription fee will be billed on the date you subscribe and every 30 days thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription*. All fees are non-refundable. *Cancellation must be done in line with point 5.

3. Shipping: Items will be shipped to the address provided during the sign-up process. Any changes to the shipping address must be made at least two days prior to the shipping date.

4. Amendments: Subscriptions cannot be amended or modified less than two day prior to the postage date. 

5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation must be made at least two days prior to the next postage date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. To cancel you must email Help@claybearofficial.com at least 48 hours before your next payment dates.

6. Free Gift : Your gift does not have a guaranteed value so could be absolutely anything. If you choose to return this months subscription you will unfortunately need to return the free gift to be entitled to a refund. If your free gift is an item from the Claybare collecton we will, where possible size up.

7. Product Availability: Products included in the subscription may vary based on availability. Claybear Official reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. Prints, colours and interests are used as a guide only and are not guaranteed. 

8. Liabilities & Warranty: Please contact us at Help@claybearofficial.com if you have any shipping or delivery issues.

9. Faulty products: If you believe the product you have received may have a fault please contact us within 14 days including your order details and any relevant pictures at Help@claybearofficial.com

10. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Claybear Official's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

11. Returns: Please follow our shipping and return policy for return guidance.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Claybear Official operates.

13. Changes to Terms: Claybear Official reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to current subscribers. Continued use of the subscription service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15.  Product Information: Signing up to a 'legging subscription' means you will    receive one pair of leggings per month. Signing up to a 'romper subscription' means you will receive one romper per month. Prints on your item may not be 'exclusive' to ClayBear Official but will be unreleased by ClayBear Official.
