Please pay special attention to your product grade and what that means plus any item specific notes that may be in your product listings/pictures.
Grade A - New with or without tags.
Grade B - Very gently worn with little to no obvious signs of wear (wear to inside labels will be acceptable as will small marks/stains that are not obvious)
Grade C - Worn but may have signs of wear. This may include wash wear and fading, may have some bobbling. We would advise these are more for play wear.
Remember you can use our pre loved system to return your pre loved ClayBear items!
Occasionally if there is an exceptional amount of people on the website our pre loved items may oversell. This is due to many people potentially checking out at the same time for just 1 item. Please remember baskets do not hold and therefore items may sell out whilst you are still shopping.

All UK standard shipping is free on orders over £50.
UK shipping usually takes between 1-3 working days once shipped. International shipping may take anything up to 28 days so please take this into account when ordering.
Shopping in the US?
Our Fedex Express Shipping is fully tracked and should arrive with you within 1-3 working days however we do say 3-5 working days to be safe. This service is incredibly quick and we are proud to offer it.
